In terms of room features, the lumpy carpets pose a trip hazard, and the hygiene levels could use serious improvement—especially with the dirty dishcloth left out. Dining experiences left much to be desired, as we were told we couldn't be served until our reservation time, despite a few empty tables, leading to over an hour wait for food. Breakfast orders were mixed up on both mornings, and the limited breakfast offerings did not meet expectations. Finally, a plumbing issue during checkout resulted in unpleasant odors that made the last moments uncomfortable.

It was just a fine choice for a weekend escape in Wellington (Shropshire) with excellent value for money. The food was outstanding, especially the starters and mains during our dinner. Make sure to book a table at the restaurant in advance to avoid waiting around.

The complimentary breakfast basket was a wonderful surprise! It made our mornings so much brighter. Only downside? A bit of traffic noise from the road. a lovely stay! 😊

we had a great stay at orleton inn. the four-poster deluxe room was fantastic, with a comfy bed and nice seating area. i loved the well-stocked tea and coffee options. all the staff were friendly and helpful, which made our time there even better. the atmosphere was relaxing, and the breakfast was both generous and tasty!
